For the first time, the Security Excellence Awards include a category for Security Recruitment and we are delighted that HJA Fire and Security has been selected as one of the finalists: the winner will be announced at next month’s Awards’ Dinner
- Some of the criteria the judges looked at were
- Commitment to pro bono work: for example, adding value for client organisations and prospective employees by getting to know their business and helping with structure and content of CVs, etc.
- Examples of how we help to develop and educate our own staff and the numerous clients we serve.
- Evidence of a successful recruitment campaign orchestrated in 2011-2012.
- Evidence of participation in the wider security community (i.e. attending conferences, writing for sector-specific journals, participating in debates and working with the lead sector bodies).
- Client testimonials.
- Star quality: what sets our recruitment company apart from the competition?
It would be great to win this award, but either way, it is good to being recognised as one of the leading fire and security recruitment consultants.
If you have a current or upcoming recruitment need and would like to discuss how we can assist, I would be pleased to hear from you.
