To meet the needs of the business this role will be based either from the company's office in East London/Kent and from home.
Main areas of focus
Responsible for ensuring monthly budget invoicing is achieved.
Line manager responsibilities for installation engineers and sub-contract engineers.
Technically and financially vet all new contract works
Produce program of works for all projects.
Follow a methodical procedure for the successful implementation of new works orders for the South East.
Meet KPI’s for all operations requirements.
Be financially responsible for all projects undertaken.
Line responsibility for Health & Safety standards.
Manage and resolve any credit control queries.
Key Skills
Similar management experience.
Managing sub-contractors.
Budget/margin control.
PC literate with Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team player.
Package
Salary – £30 - £35K
Car – company car or allowance (£350 per month)
Pension – part contributory after qualifying period.
