Technical Support Engineer

  1. Must have a flexible approach and good communication skills.
  2. Must have experience of Analogue Addressable and Conventional systems, including the us of various Control Panels, experience of Aspirating Detection systems would also be an advantage.
  3. Working understanding of BS 5839 design standards, commissioning experience.
  4. Will be required to undertake customer training on our products both in-house and at customers premises (UK and Export)
  5. Would be required to offer on site support to help our customers, this would include U.K and Export.
  6. U.K and Foreign travel would be a requirement, so valid passport essential.
  7. An electronics qualification is desirable and experience within the Fire Industry would be favourable.
  8. Technical support to customers (U.K and Export) over the telephone, via fax or e-mail must be a priority at all times.
  9. Clean driving license essential.
