Sales Manager - IP Systems

£40 - £45,000 o.t.e. c.£60 -£70,000 plus.
Although with no direct reports, you will be matrix managing up to 15 sales professionals.
You will be championing the company's security offering, mentoring and supporting the sales team and seeking opportunities to cross-sell into the company's existing customer base.
The security offering is entirely IP based, and you will need experience developing major systems business with consultants and major end-users.
